He has taken his Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Business Administration at Middle East Technical University after he studied at Robert College. He attended the International Teachers' Programme in France at CESA. He was one of the first Implementers of Quality Control Circles (QCC) in Turkey.
 

He had worked in several industrial institutions as a Specialist and Manager, then he started to work in Turkish Management Association, Administration Association, Turkish Industry Management Institute as a Consultant Expert and carried out many management development and training projects. He worked for Management Development Centre as its founding partner and board member and worked for ROTA as its Founding Partner and President. He worked in several industrial companies as a Senior Executive. He is also one of the founders of TEM Management Development Services and he is still working at TEM Management Development Services as a Management Consultant.
