He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Maritime Vocational School, Deck Department in 1997. In 2015, he completed his degree at Anadolu University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration. In addition, he has participated in training programs on Influence and Persuasion, Negotiation Techniques, Situational Leadership, Level 5 Leadership, Coaching, Team Coaching, Presentation Skills, Personal Branding, and Project Management.

Following the Mindfulness Trainer Training Program he attended at Mindfulness Academy during 2023 and 2024, he earned an International Trainer Certification. After completing the Body Language and Micro Facial Expressions Trainer Training Program at Genom Academy during 2024 and 2025, he was again awarded an International Trainer Certification. He is currently continuing his education to become an ICF-accredited coach and is actively working toward ACC credentialing.

He began his professional career at Yardımcı Denizcilik as a Deck Officer. He served for approximately six years as an Ocean-Going Deck Officer on transoceanic commercial vessels.

In 2006, he entered the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Sales Representative (TTT) at Bayer Pharmaceuticals Turkey. After 13 years at the company—spending the last four years as a Regional Manager Candidate—he left Bayer Pharmaceuticals Turkey in 2019 and joined Daiichi Sankyo Pharmaceuticals Turkey as the Istanbul Regional Manager. Prior to joining TEM Management Development Services, he worked as the Istanbul Regional Manager at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals.

As of November 2021, he has been working at TEM Management Development Services as a Senior Training & Development Specialist.
