He has graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering of Istanbul Technical University and took his master’s degree from the Department of Administration of Istanbul University. Then he has completed the International Administration and Communication Program at Nebraska University in the USA. Finally, he has completed his Ph.D. degree in the Organizational Behavior Program of the Faculty of Administration at Marmara University.
 

He had started his business life working at Nezirler Shoe Manufacturing. Then, he worked for Rota Management Development Services as a Trainer and Management Consultant and finally as a Project Manager. Then he worked as the Assistant Director of the Human Resources Department and Member of Executive Council in Hedef Alliance Group of Companies which is an international medicine delivery firm. He is one of the founders of TEM Management Development Services and TEMAS Search Selection & Human Resources and he is the Managing Partner of these companies currently. Besides managing many national and international corporate projects, he also works as a Senior Executive Consultant and as a Coach.
 

He competed in Transactional Analysis (TA), Optimum Equilibrium Model I and II, Ericson College International Coaching Program, Mastery of Executive Coaching, ORSC (Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching) Programs. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) Credential of ICF (International Coach Federation). He is a certified trainer of Zig Ziglar Trainings, Silega Simulation Training, and The Center for Leadership Studies – Situational Leadership Training.
 

He gave “Organizational Behavior” lectures in Istanbul Bilgi University, “Application of Human Resources Management” lectures in Marmara University, and “Change Management” in Bahçeşehir University as a guest instructor. In addition, he gave “Human Resources Management” and “Organizational Behavior” lectures as an Assistant Professor in Business Administration Graduate Program at Beykent University.
 

He is also a member of T.M.M.O.B. “Graduates” Association of I.T.U., PERYON Association, ICF (International Coach Federation), and one of the founder members of YANINDAYIZ Association.
 

He was one of the writers of the book called “Total Quality Management”. He has also written many articles for various magazines and newspapers. He continues to write on his blog, erkantozluyurt.com.
