All training contents and titles are in draft and are designed according to the expectancies and needs of our customer.
Training are given according to Adult Learning Principles and 80/20 rule by using interactive methods (case studies, group works, role plays etc) In every training, pre – post tests are used in order to evaluate attitude and knowledge change; training evaluation forms in order to evaluate reaction of participants.
After each training, group and/or individual reporting due to customers’ needs.
